It all began back in the early nineties as a print design shop that evolved by the end of the decade into an innovative print and web design powerhouse by 2000 that grew into a full service integrated marketing agency. We did not allow ourselves to grow too fast or too big like so many others that have come and gone, so that today we are a small but broadly experienced team that focuses on developing innovative customer engagement strategies through all forms of print and digital media.

Richard Carmichael Executive Producer
Richard has over sixteen years of experience building and leading award winning creative teams that do great work. Over the years he has advised top tiered clients like Aveda, Baton Broadcasting, Club Monaco, Elite Model Management, Edward Jones, Fasken Martineau, Fraser Milner Casgrain, Hospice Toronto, Kodiak Group, Macleod Dixon, McMillan Binch, Nelvana, Revlon, Terra Footwear and YTV. With a strong background in design, interactive marketing and communications, his efforts over the years have garnered numerous awards of recognition from the design community and heaps of gratitude from his clients.
For many years now, Richard has been leading the charge into the realm of digital. Beyond Facebook, Twitter, instagram and the usual social channels, he loves finding and deploying innovative ways to help his clients get found on page one of organic search results and using real data to make informed decisions.
Richard enjoys coming up with unique ideas and original strategies that tap into the power of the social grid to listen, to respond, to engage, to expand awareness, to increase social relevance as well as help build and manage community. Paul Fleming: Creative Director
Paul is not just a designer’s designer. Born in Scotland, Paul trained as a Commercial Artist in Glasgow and later as a Graphic Designer at George Brown College in Toronto. Adopting the philosophy “design is in the details”, Paul sets a no-nonsense, “take no prisoners” approach to every project he is involved with. His expertise spans print, interactive and web, but it is online that his expertise shines through.
From North America to Australia, paul is known for his clean, modern approach to design and for coming up with simple solutions to complex interactive marketing problems. His innovative work pioneeering user friendly interfaces has earned him numerous design awards as well as the respect and adulation of his peers and professional colleagues the world over. Well known in the design, development and global advertising community, Paul has done his time and earned his stripes as Creative Director at an array of global advertising agencies including Grey Advertising, Draft FCB, Organic Inc. and more recently as Interactive CD at Publicis in Toronto. When you look at our portflio of work, it is easy to see that with FRANK, you get big agency talent, without the big agency.
Aaron Vegh: CMS Development Specialist
With a Master’s degree in Publishing at Vancouver’s Simon Fraser University, Aaron Vegh brings a unique perspective to the field of online marketing. His over ten years of experience in publishing span various categories, including stints as newspaper editor, magazine publisher and columnist for several online publications. Aaron has done extensive work for Hewlett-Packard running their email newsletter strategy in Canada. In 2003, Mr. Vegh gained certification as an Information Designer from the University of Toronto. Since leaving HP in 2006, he has taken the opportunity to lead the website development team at FRANK, leveraging the full power of the knowledge and expertise he has accumulated over the past dozen or so years to lead this talented group of coders.
Rob Campbell: Search Engine Optimization Specialist
Rob is an important figure in the Canadian Search Engine Optimization (aka SEO) scene, and as a prominent fixture on the business development circuit, he is frequently asked to speak about his successes propelling businesses to the top of Google search rankings in innovative ways, and is a host of professional workshops for companies to seeking to educate and train on the ins and outs of content marketing. It's been said that when Dan's not assuming the personas of his clients, he assumes the persona of his dog Maui; on "The Dogblog". No one knows for sure.
Dan is a verbal chameleon who has crafted the voices for some of the world's biggest brands, including Google, Jeep, Rogers, The Home Depot, Aclasta (for female osteoporosis), The Bay, British Telecom, and The National Ballet of Canada.
Greg Pacek: Staff Photographer
Greg Pacek is a Toronto based photographer whose wide view documentary, portrait and editorial work has appeared in several exhibitions in Canada, as well as publications including Applied Arts, Canadian Business, Canadian Living, Elm Street, Forbes, the Globe and Mail. Ocean View, The New York Times, and Time Magazine. For a wide variety of commercial and editorial clients, he brings to every shoot a unique combination of creative sensibility, mastery of lighting and a relaxed, careful manner that sets his subjects at ease while elevating the hero within. Greg is able to zero in on the very essence of the people and places who are his subjects and capture a certain human brand clarity that can be easily integrated and extended across all marketing and communication channels.
